We offer a 7-day exchange window, allowing you to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and packed in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@alluringfashion.in. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

After approval, we will provide the necessary return instructions and shipping label. Please note that items returned without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a product that is damaged or torn, you may request an exchange. The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the exchange is approved.
